Rosemary is a powerful antibacterial, antiviral and anti fungal. As a decongestant, Rosemary is known to relieve congestion caused by colds and flu.


Digestive Health 

Rosemary oil can be used to relieve a variety of gastrointestinal complaints including;

Indigestion,gas, stomach cramping




Taste- Slighty bitter and earthy lemony pine like taste.


For general use, take 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 mL) twice a day. Take on an empty stomach before bed. Do not take in excess. Please consult with a doctor before using, especially if you are on any medications. Can be placed under your tongue or added into a beverage.



****Precautions ***

Taking Rosemary oils or extracts along with medications that also slow clotting might increase the chances of bruising and bleeding. Some medications that slow blood clotting include aspirin, clopidogrel (Plavix), dalteparin (Fragmin), enoxaparin (Lovenox), heparin, ticlopidine (Ticlid), warfarin (Coumadin)


*Rosemary has convulsant/epileptogenic properties and may cause seizures. Please do not consume if you have a history or seizures.


*Also be avoided if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
